Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (PA DMVA): The PA DMVA is responsible for providing quality service to the Commonwealth’s service members, veterans, and their families. The Department also oversees and supports members of the Pennsylvania National Guard (PNG). You can apply for any PA DMVA state benefits using this link. The PA DMVA Helpline is 1-800-547-2838.

For emergency mental health care, you can also go directly to your local VA medical center 24/7 regardless of your discharge status or enrollment in other VA health care.
